We know you’re excited to get your order—so here’s everything you need to know about how it ships, how long it takes, and what to do if it mysteriously vanishes.


When Will I Get My Order?

All our products are made to order, which means:

  • Fulfillment takes 3–7 business days.

  • After that, it ships out based on your location:

Please note: These are estimates. Holidays, pandemics, and shipping carrier meltdowns may cause delays.


Where Will My Order Ship From?

We use a global, on-demand fulfillment service, which means your order may ship from the US, Europe, or another magical warehouse somewhere closer to you.


Will I Be Charged Customs Fees?

If you're ordering internationally, customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are charged by your local government and are out of our control. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.


My Order Should Be Here By Now. What Do I Do?

Before sending us a strongly worded email, please:

  • Double check your shipping confirmation for address errors

  • Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package

  • Check with neighbours who may have signed for it or stashed it “safely” behind a bush

If everything looks right and still no sign of your order, email us at support@skullandboards.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate.

If you entered the wrong address and the package gets returned or lost, we’re happy to send a replacement—but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
