Refund policy

We run a small, independent operation here at Skull & Boards, and while we’d love to offer unlimited returns and magical exchanges, we have to keep it real. Here’s how we handle things:


What’s Your Return Policy?

We do not offer returns or standard exchanges. Each item is made or fulfilled to order, so once it’s in production, it's yours. However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we’re not monsters—contact us and we’ll make it right.

Timeframe: Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item.


Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The item is defective

In those cases, email us at support@skullandboards.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A short description of the issue (bonus points for kindness)

If approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Colour?

Sadly, we can’t offer size or colour exchanges at this time. Every item is produced on demand, so we don’t keep extra inventory lying around (unless you count existential baggage).

BUT! If you think your item was mislabelled (like a Medium disguised as a 2XL), let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the tag

If we messed up, we’ll replace it or refund you. No drama, just resolution.

Check out the sizing charts available on each product page. We list measurements in both Imperial and Metric units because we care about your global confusion.
